Maison Marou Cafe

Maison Marou Cafe is a chocolatier and patisserie on Mạc Thị Bưởi Street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The cafe is a retail space for the brand’s single-origin, bean-to-bar chocolate, which is made using only Vietnamese cacao. The menu features chocolate-based pastries, cakes, and signature drinks like the Signature Marou hot chocolate. Founded in 2011, Maison Marou controls its entire production process, from sourcing cacao beans in different Vietnamese provinces to the final bar. The interior allows observation of parts of the chocolate-making process.
