Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters – The NEXUS is a specialty coffee shop on Tôn Đức Thắng, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The branch occupies the ground floor of The Nexus commercial office tower. Guests access the entrance directly from the Nguyễn Siêu street side. Architecture studio NU Architecture and Design planned the 70-square-meter space. The room features minimalist counters, sleek steel finishes, and custom paper pendant lights.

Founder Nguyễn Cảnh Hùng established the Bosgaurus brand in 2016 to promote high-grade Vietnamese beans. The roastery focuses heavily on single-origin Arabica varieties from the Central Highlands around Đà Lạt. Baristas pull espresso shots on precision machinery and prepare single-origin filter brews. The beverage list includes cold brew concentrates, flat whites, and Arabica-based Vietnamese milk coffee. A compact display case presents fresh pastries and quick baked goods alongside the coffee.

This branch functions primarily as an express coffee bar catering to office workers and neighborhood residents. Small tables and bar stools provide limited seating within the open lobby setting. Customers purchase packaged whole-bean coffee bags and home-brewing equipment directly at the counter. The venue sits within walking distance of the Saigon River and the historic Saigon Opera House. Staff serve drinks in takeaway cups for commuters as well as glassware for dine-in guests.

Bosgaurus operates multiple roasting facilities and specialty cafes across Ho Chi Minh City. The brand regularly trains national coffee competitors and hosts industry tasting workshops. This location opens early in the morning on weekdays and weekends to accommodate morning routines. The menu updates regularly with seasonal coffee micro-lots from domestic and international partner farms.
