The venue seats 46 guests across lounge armchairs, tables, and a private salon. Modern craft mixology shapes the beverage program under bar manager Nguyen Huu Phu. The cocktail menu organizes drinks into categories including citrus, spice, umami, fruity, and fermented. Signature cocktails include the Tiger Milk, which draws inspiration from Peruvian ceviche marinade. Staff finish that signature beverage with a crisp fish-bone garnish. The neighboring kitchen at Nikura supplies small Nikkei dining plates for the bar.
