Phê-La Xuân Thủy is a specialty tea and coffee café on Xuân Thủy in Thảo Điền, Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City. The brand opened this location in December 2023. It showcases specialty Vietnamese oolong tea from Lâm Đồng alongside signature coffee drinks.

The drink menu highlights cold brew teas, floral milk teas, and specialty Vietnamese espresso. Signature creations include Ô Long Nhài Sữa, Ô Long Sữa Phê La, and smoked oolong milk tea. A dedicated live counter prepares fresh handmade oolong boba daily without preservatives. Guests can also select bottled cold brew coffees and teas under the La Cà line.

The venue covers approximately 1,500 square meters across multiple levels. Its layout incorporates indoor air-conditioned seating and outdoor garden patio areas. The interior follows an open camping aesthetic with low folding canvas chairs, camping tables, and raw earthy materials. Exposed brick, wood tones, and natural greenery define the seating spaces.

Phê-La operates branches across several major Vietnamese cities, including Hanoi and Da Lat. The Xuân Thủy store functions as one of its flagship craft experience locations in southern Vietnam. It attracts office workers, students, and neighborhood residents throughout the week.
