Guests sit along the chef counter and watch cooks prepare dishes over open flame.

The kitchen prepares sharing plates blending global culinary techniques with Vietnamese street food influences. Local suppliers provide the seafood, meats, and fresh produce. Menu staples include smoked duck breast, phở spiced beef tartare, and layered potato pavé. The kitchen also grills whole fish, braises local barramundi, and roasts spiced red cabbage. Vegetable forward creations share equal billing with meat and seafood offerings.

The beverage menu complements the savory courses with signature cocktails, craft beer, and international wines.
