Cộng Cà Phê Xuan Thuy is a Vietnamese café on Xuân Thủy in Thảo Điền, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The branch occupies a multi-story building along one of the main commercial avenues in Thảo Điền. It features outdoor courtyard seating alongside air-conditioned indoor rooms. Military-green walls, wooden furniture, and vintage propaganda art shape the retro aesthetic.

The café serves traditional Vietnamese coffee alongside blended specialty drinks. Its signature offering is cà phê cốt dừa, which combines espresso or robusta coffee with frozen coconut cream. Other cold specialties include coconut milk blended with green rice flakes, mung bean puree, or cocoa. Guests also order phin-drip black coffee, bạc xỉu, ginger tea, and fruit teas. Light snacks include sunflower seeds, croissants, and instant noodles.

Singer Linh Dung founded the Cộng Cà Phê brand in Hanoi in 2007. The chain channels everyday life from northern Vietnam during the subsidy period of the 1980s. The Thảo Điền outpost opened in early 2021 to serve local residents and international visitors.
