BiaCraft Xuan Thuy is a craft beer bar on Xuân Thủy, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The venue maintains more than thirty beer taps behind a long serving counter. These taps pour drafts from Vietnamese microbreweries alongside house specialty brews. Selections include pale ales, double IPAs, fruity ciders, wheat beers, and dark stouts. The bar opened in Thao Dien to serve local residents and international expatriates.

The kitchen prepares an Asian-American gastropub menu of hearty sharing plates. Signature snacks feature chicken skin nachos with beer cheese sauce, barbecue sauce, and jalapeños. Cooks prepare house sausages, including spicy Italian pork links and chicken cheddar links. Other menu items include cashew-smoked barbecue pork ribs, beef burgers, and Buffalo wings. The kitchen also plates crispy garlic bread alongside house chimichurri sauce.

The venue occupies a street-facing plot in the middle of Thao Dien. An open-front seating area looks out directly onto Xuân Thủy street. High wooden tables, metal bar stools, and bare brick walls shape the casual dining floor. Chalkboards display the daily tap list with alcohol percentages and bitterness units. Guests gather at the central bar counter to watch staff pour pints from refrigerated lines.

Red Wok F&B Group operates the BiaCraft brand across Ho Chi Minh City. The concept originally launched in District 3 before expanding into District 2. The brand uses humorous Vietnamese names for its house-brewed beers. Retail shelves near the entrance sell canned craft beers, branded glassware, and bottled sauces for takeaway. The bar operates daily from eleven in the morning until midnight.
