Cheese Coffee

Cheese Coffee is a European-style café on Lê Thánh Tôn, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The shop occupies a prominent corner lot at the intersection with Nguyễn Trung Trực. This location stands two blocks north of Bến Thành Market. Founders John Trung Nguyễn and Jenny Tiên Nguyễn launched the Cheese Coffee brand in 2016.

The drinks menu highlights sweet iced coffee creations, fruit teas, and layered milk tea. Baristas prepare the signature Marble Caffè with espresso, fresh milk, and rich sweet cream. The kitchen brews full-leaf oolong and jasmine teas sourced from Bảo Lộc. Other popular beverages include salted cream caffe, passion fruit tea, and matcha latte. A glass display case holds fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, and sliced tiramisu.

The venue features two floors of indoor air-conditioned seating alongside an outdoor sidewalk terrace. Outdoor tables feature woven French bistro chairs beneath a dark canvas awning. Large street-level windows bring daylight into the compact ground-floor ordering counter. The second floor provides wooden tables, cushioned banquettes, and brass lighting fixtures. Diners frequent the café for casual social meetups, remote study sessions, and quick takeaway pickups.

The chain operates more than twenty locations across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang. Each outlet adopts an individual interior concept inspired by European café culture. The Lê Thánh Tôn branch opened in mid-2023 under the design moniker Cheese Marché. Its pricing structure positions the café in the mid-range specialty beverage tier.
