TOMIDAYA Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop on Phạm Viết Chánh, Bình Thạnh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The brand originated in 2013 inside the Little Tokyo quarter of District 1. It later relocated across the Thị Nghè canal to Bình Thạnh District. The kitchen prepares fresh wheat noodles on site every single morning. A long wooden counter provides views directly into the open noodle kitchen.

The menu features four distinct ramen varieties alongside Japanese comfort side dishes. Signature preparations include classic shoyu ramen with clear soy sauce broth and tsukemen dipping noodles. The kitchen also simmers a spicy black sesame ramen seasoned with Chinese chili powder. Most noodle soups come in small, medium, and large portion sizes. The rich spicy black sesame bowl comes exclusively in the large size. Toppings include tender slices of braised pork belly chashu, scallions, and marinated eggs.
