Every Half Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery café on Thi Sách, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The branch occupies the ground floor of 26 Thi Sách in the Bến Nghé area. Founder Trần Lê Minh Trúc established the Every Half brand in 2021. The roastery champions domestic coffee diversity across Vietnam.
