Overview

CoCo Dining is a contemporary Vietnamese fine-dining restaurant on Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The establishment occupies an expansive villa compound a short walk from the Reunification Palace. Executive chef Võ Thành Vương, a winner of Top Chef Vietnam, opened the venue in 2021. The restaurant holds one Michelin star for its innovative interpretations of Vietnamese cuisine.

The kitchen creates progressive multi-course tasting menus drawing on regional Vietnamese culinary traditions. Courses reimagine classic Vietnamese dishes through house fermentation techniques and modern culinary methods. The culinary direction highlights ocean seafood, paying homage to the coastal origins of the executive chef. Featured dishes include an upscale lobster noodle soup, dry-aged beef, and cured bluefin tuna.

Seasonal tasting sequences rotate throughout the year under thematic concepts such as Lưu Tích. In-house sommeliers craft dedicated international wine pairings and artisanal botanical tea flights for each menu. The dining room features minimalist dark wood elements, dim lighting, and polished black granite tables. Guests at the kitchen counter watch the culinary team assemble and plate every course.

CoCo Dining forms the fine-dining anchor of the multi-concept CoCo Saigon culinary complex. The historic courtyard grounds also house an a la carte grill room and a whisky bar. Dinner service runs every evening from late afternoon until late at night. The establishment sits in District 3 between Võ Văn Tần and Nguyễn Đình Chiểu streets.
