The company operates boutique hotels and restaurants across Hanoi, Hội An, and Ho Chi Minh City. The building stands a short walk from Bến Thành Market and Tao Đàn Park. The central location provides pedestrian access to commercial streets and historical sights across downtown Saigon.

The hotel contains eighty guest rooms and suites across multiple floors. Accommodations feature air conditioning, mini fridges, flat-screen televisions, sitting areas with sofas, and work desks. The open-air rooftop bar serves mixed cocktails, wine, and beer overlooking the city skyline.

An outdoor rooftop swimming pool sits adjacent to the sky bar area. Guests use sun loungers beside the pool deck for relaxation. The property also houses an on-site fitness center with cardio equipment and weights. The hotel provides high-speed wireless internet throughout all rooms and public spaces. A twenty-four-hour front desk assists travelers with luggage storage and transportation arrangements.
