Moa Moa Pasta Club is a handmade pasta restaurant on Ngô Đức Kế street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant operates from within a historic apartment building at the intersection of Nguyễn Huệ and Ngô Đức Kế streets. Its kitchen focuses on producing fresh pasta, which chefs prepare by hand daily. The venue features an all-glass pasta-making room, or “Pasta Theater”, at its entrance. This allows diners to watch the chefs knead, roll, and cut the pasta.

The menu lists a variety of pasta dishes made from scratch. Offerings include spaghetti with tomato sauce and burrata, as well as a spicy Alla Vodka pasta.
